good gracious.
i'm singing.
seriously...
and the thing is,
i don't sound good.
at all.
christmas songs.
national day songs.
those songs that i really can't reach, i still want to sing.
oh and i think the world is crooked in its own crooked ways.
firstly. i think it's stupid that people go to war.
take the whole mid-east crisis.
i'd rather call it a mid-life crisis.
i mean, why the heck do people want to fight?
not like they will get what they want from throwing rockets at each other.
not like they will help anyone by killing more and more people who needed the help.
not like they will prove anything to anyone but that they are evil creatures who love to hurt the innocent.
gosh, this kind of thing just doesn't end.
first israel wants to attack lebanon.
then, the sri lanka people are starting to fight again.
GOSH. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?
i think what Snowbell from Stuart Little said was right:
IF MORE PEOPLE WERE TO GIVE UP, THERE WILL BE LESSER WARS.
let me tell you what you'll get from war:
1) Chaos
2) Deaths
3) Destruction
4) Strained relations
5) Pain
6) Agony
7) Poverty
8) Homeless and unemployment
9) Crying and Suffering
10) Unhappiness
and then the benefits:
1) hmmm...
2) er...
3) i'll get back to you if i ever find one.
so then... why fight?
because people are selfish little creatures,
who thrive on getting what they want,
for their own benefits.
and will do ANYTHING to achieve their goals.
the rich gets richer, the poor gets poorer.
evil wins in the real world.
nice guys finish last in the real world.
hence, the world is crooked in it's own crooked ways.
